my name is tai as my blog states and this would be my online journey on how i fight
the battle to lose weight, this as been a long time coming. i would start and stop over a
dozen times now. because of these everyone has lost faith in me, i have lost faith in me.
this is my last cry for help. i am 274, 5ft 7inches and morbidly obese. my blood pressure is
borderline hypertensive or if truth be told it is hypertensive but my doctor doesn't want to
put me on hypertensive drugs as he believes it's my weight that causes it to be so high.
since i am still very young he wants me to lose the weight and i want to lose the weight to.
but it hasn't been easy. has i have tried all extremes up to the extent of wiring my jaw
shut... well except from the 2 crazies.
i have done it and now i need to prove that in-expendable strength by doing it once
and for all. so i hope you come with me on my 60days juice fast and journey to a healthier
me, with me hopefully inspiring you and you to helping me stay focus. i would be posting
daily and telling you my experience
